今日の大会1.5試合、ほぼ脱水で2.5キロ減量した(脱水症状は特にない…)
ゴールポストと両膝横が喧嘩して痛いトコが増えてしまった〜
水と麦茶と麦ジュースで水分補給をしておこう
明日は足の痛みも増えとるかもな…?
I lost 2.5kg with 1.5 games today (I guess it is dehydration but no its symptom…)
Both of my knees-side played with goal post then gained some more pains
I’m gaining water in my body from water, barley tea and barley booze-juice now
Pains on my legs could be gained by tomorrow…?
